These styles are sole designs of Sandhya Apparels and all the products displayed on the website have been manufactured by Sandhya Apparels. The whole process of weaving and knitting the fabric ,processing of fabric ,dyeing/printing ,emb,sequins, sewing,finishing and packing has been done by subcontractors and suppliers of Sandhya Apparels .

1. SALE AGREEMENT

Sandhya Apparels under its domain www.banfasha.com offers to see various makes of Sari Blouses made out of stretchable and non stretchable fabrics . The buyer agrees to buy those blouses at mentioned prices that include the charges of delivering the product to the customer at the desired address. Payment of the product seals the sale of the bought product and it’s the obligation of Sandhya Apparels to execute the part of delivering the desired product under specified quality and delivery parameters.

2. PRIVACY

Sandhya Apparels considers privacy and security of information imperative to build a relationship with its customers. We ensure that the information shared will not be used for any unlawful or malafide purposes. We ensure that any disclosure, transfer, or use of your information, will take place with your consent, unless required to do otherwise by law. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Sandhya Apparels may collect and use personal information (including name, e-mail and/or phone number) of the Customer for future advertising/offer of their products .Sandhya Apparels may also use this information to provide notices to the Customers which may be of use and/or interest to both the parties.

3. SEVERABILITY

If a court holds any of the provisions of this Terms and Conditions Agreement to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the rest of the document will remain in effect and this Terms and Conditions Agreement will be amended to give effect to the eliminated provision to the maximum extent possible.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

5. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party will be liable for any failure in performance due to causes beyond either party's reasonable control such as fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, severe storms, embargo, acts of civil or military authority, war, terrorism including cyber terrorism, pandemic, epidemic and act of God. 

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, parties shall refer the dispute to arbitration. An arbitrator shall be appointed by mutual consent of both the parties and attempt to resolve the dispute shall be made by both the parties. 

7. JURISDICTION

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms and Conditions Agreement, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. EXCLUSION

Except as expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all warranties, and conditions, whether expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

Unless Sandhya Apparels has given separate individual contract conditions in writing these Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between You and Sandhya Apparels regarding your purchases of our products on www.banfasha.com.Except as herein provided, no waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective against Sandhya Apparels unless the same is in writing and signed by an authorized official of Sandhya Apparels. Sandhya Apparels may alter these terms and conditions at any time. You agree that if you use the Services after such notification of changes in the Agreement, you will be bound by all such changes relating to the use of www.banfasha.com, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications with respect to its subject matter.
