Return & Refund Policy

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product;
  • Incidental damage due to mishandling of packed pcs.;
  • Products with missing labels or tags
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

The following steps need to be followed for any Returns

  1. You may submit a return request via e-mail (info@banfasha.com) or call customer care at +91 9625758638 within 3 days of delivery.
  2. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Tags should be retained and returned.
  3. Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or defective products are received by the customer. Upon receiving the package, the customer must take video of the package from all sides, opening the package and checking the products. In case a product is received in a damaged condition or wrong styling/sizing/colour than what is ordered only then will a return be initiated without any charges. you need to send us the unedited video to whatsapp of customer care number.
  4. In case you want to change the product with some other colour/size/style we will do that but actual courier charges will apply in picking up the already shipped product to you and reship the new product that you reorder. It is important that its done within 3 days of receipt of the parcel and it should have all the tags intact.
  5. Upon receiving the return, we will exchange/replace your product or we can issue a credit coupon which can be used by the customer for the next 3 months to purchase anything online on www.banfasha.com.
  6. There is no exchange or returns on discounted products.
  7. Product would be returned under the current running scheme.

REFUND POLICY:

We strictly follow a no refund policy. Goods will be exchanged in all cases agreed upon by Sandhya Apparels and the buyer as outlined under our return policy.

Refund will only be initiated in case Sandhya Apparels fails to dispatch an ordered product within 7-12 days of the customer placing their orders . Refund will be initiated under these conditions if the customer is no longer willing to buy the delayed product

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at info@banfasha.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter. We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.

Note: There might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duties/taxes arises on the return shipment.
